Conditions for Registration

Please note: As a seller, you will be able to upload items for sale at the same time that you share your corporate documents, however, your products will not be viewable by potential buyers until your documents have been verified by Maxbrands.

1. You may not access or use Maxbrands and may not accept these terms if you are not at least 21 years, or are not permitted to receive any services under the laws of the United Arab Emirates or any jurisdiction in which you are a resident or citizen.
2. You must register as a buyer, seller (or both) and have a user account on Maxbrands to use its services.
3. To become verified as a buyer or seller (or both), you must provide the following documentation:
   1. Trade License (or Commercial Register, as applicable)
   2. The state-issued ID of the Owner or Manager on the license (for example, Emirates ID or passport page)
   3. VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable)
   4. Power of Attorney and personal ID (for company representatives who are not listed on the license, if applicable)
4. By registering as a user, you acknowledge that Maxbrands may launch, change, upgrade, impose conditions on, suspend, or stop any services or features without prior notice.
5. When you use any Maxbrands service or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We will communicate with you electronically in a variety of ways, such as by e-mail, text, in-app push notices, or by posting e-mail. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing unless applicable laws specifically require a different form of communication.
